REFUND POLICY

All sessions take place on the Zoom online meeting platform. All sessions are recorded and emailed to you within 48 hours after our session.

Cancellation Policy : You are entitled to a full refund 48 hours before our session. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, your payment cannot be refunded.

You are allowed to reschedule your consultation date/time one time. The rescheduling request must be agreed to 48 hours minimum before the initial consultation date. If you request a date/time change under 48 hours of our agreed session, the alteration will not be possible. If you change your consultation date a second time, your session will be cancelled and will not be refunded.

If you do not show up to the session for the agreed upon date and time, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

When information regarding IP-address is collected by the tracking pixel it is read by our system and instantly deleted after it has been matched with our database of companies if a match is not found. Only IP-addresses belonging to registered companies are therefore stored by Rachelle Hicks. If you are a user/clients on the website, the IP-address is personal data and will be stored for a period of twelve (12) months.

Your rights according to the GDPR Regulation are the right to information about the processing (provided to you here, in this privacy statement); the right to access personal data relating to you; the right to have such data rectified, erased or restricted from processing; the right to object to our processing of personal data; as well as the right to not be subject to automatic decisions and the right to data portability.
