REFUND POLICY

All sessions take place on the Zoom online meeting platform. All sessions are recorded and emailed to you within 48 hours after our session.

Cancellation Policy : You are entitled to a full refund 48 hours before our session. If you cancel less than 48 hours of the session time, your payment cannot be refunded.

You are allowed to reschedule your consultation date/time one time. The rescheduling request must be agreed to 48 hours minimum before the initial consultation date. If you request a date/time change under 48 hours of our agreed session, the alteration will not be possible. If you change your consultation date a second time, your session will be cancelled and will not be refunded.

If you do not show up to the session for the agreed upon date and time, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

No-Shows:
