Refund & Cancellation Policy
By purchasing and scheduling an Astrology Journey, Astrology Reading, or any other bespoke service, you agree to the following refund, rescheduling, and cancellation terms.
Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to your first or primary Zoom session. The first Zoom session applies to the Astrology Journey, while the primary Zoom session applies to the Astrology Reading or any other bespoke one-off consultation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled initial or primary Zoom session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your Zoom consultation one (1) time only, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session and is mutually agreed upon.
Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be accommodated.
If you request to reschedule a second time, your session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your session at the agreed-upon date and time, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
In order to schedule another session, you will need to process a new booking.
Time boundary for the Astrology Journey
The Astrology Journey is designed to allow for spaciousness and integration. However, too much time can dilute the effectiveness of the work. Your first and final 30-minute Zoom calls must both be completed within a two-month window. If more than two months pass before your final call is scheduled, that session will no longer be available.
Service-specific Terms
Astrology Journey: This policy applies to both the first and final Zoom sessions included in the package.
Astrology Reading: This policy applies to the primary Zoom consultation.
